I left Blockbuster online because they kept raising my monthly and giving me nothing in return; with a nice email to boot! Netflix has been good to me, and they at least seem to keep inquiring if I'm happy with the streaming and all that.

After hundreds of dollars in late fees, I discovered dvd players that play divx's, and bittorrent. That was four years ago and I haven't set foot in a blockbuster since.
