a postal service which, in essence, setup their shop in the middle of a busy street of 'copyright infringers', knew that pretty much all of the messages being sent through their site would be to facilitate illegal distribution of copyrighted works (even by a 14 year rule), they can SEE the content of the messages being sent, know the content is illegal, and then allow it to happen. Aside from ALL that you just might be able to say they are 'like' a postal service.

Hi, neither your, nor h2gofast's comments make any sense.h2gofast claims that because companies are inethical that justifies unethical behaviour by those who steal their property. An eye for an eye in itself is illogical when applied to ethics, but that aside the products that these unethical companies have produced are still consumed by the pirates. To claim that they "market Britney Spears to teach 12 year old girls they need to dress like whores to be validated" and then go on to steal and distribute the product that is so unethically offensive is a the very least non-sensical, at worst it's hypocrisy and self-serving.KrazyA1pha, the idea that because someone is fighting for an ideal and putting in hard work earns them a place on a pedestal is equally non-sensical. Crack cocaine dealers do so, Stalin did so. And any number of other rather stale other examples do or did so including the RIAA. I could put in hard work beating your head in with a shovel to take a stand for my beliefs, it would make me a deluded self-centered jackass, not a shining example of beliefs winning the day.

Spanish law allows private copy which means you can get an unauthorized copy for yourself with no payment or license. Spanish police usually says things like copyright infringement, piracy... but they only can intimidate administrator for earn money with ads, because is not allowed to earn money with private copies. There are several sentences that allow share music and a recently one stablish that an ISP doesn't have to offer information from the users without a judge requirement. In Spain share music, books, films... is totally legal, the only exception is software which is regulated by a different law that only allow backups.
