Less people would need to use this if the U.S. Broadband market would stop increasing the download speeds, and MATCH THE UPLOAD TO THE DOWNLOAD. God that pisses me off, why can't we have synchronous down/up speeds
What should new user do then? If he has nothing to seed? If I need to increase ratio, I'm using Torrent Ratio Keeper. It can increase ratio while torrent client works. So it just helps to increase ratio. Not as this hack.

BitTorrent is a community effort, quit cheating jerks. Leave it on overnight if you want to boost your upload ratio the honorable way.
