thinkprogress.org — Yesterday on Fox News, Leslee Unruh, president of the National Abstinence Clearinghouse, argued that the new birth control pill is a “pesticide” that will make women “like men.” She called it an “attack on children and families,” ending the segment with shouts of, “I want more babies. More babies. We love babies.”

Well, the real purpose of this pill is so women don't have to go through the torture that is our period once a month. If you are on the pill, it doesn't mean you'll have sex. The only difference between this pill and other pills is that instead of bleeding once a month or once every three months, you mostly likely bleed randomly due to break through bleeding. As for making us like men... last time I checked, men hormones = testosterone and the pill is more like estrogen + progesterone = more woman like. But seriously, if stuff like this and seasonale were around when I was younger, I would have been much less miserable in HS. Not including all the vacations that were ruined by me staying up all night crying. NOT FUN.

Because, naturally, although clearly abortion was the best option for her at one time, it will *never* be a good option for anyone else, and everyone else will regret their decision as she did.You know, I have my BA now, but I hated college. I think a college education is hurting America's children and they should be banned from attending universities.

Hummm ... wait, I am confused ... the woman from the ***abstinence*** group "wants more babies" ... does that mean ... promoting abstinence leads to more babies ... which would mean ... promoting abstinence doesn't really promote abstinence (since babies don't come from abstinence) ... and the the abstinence crow knows it !! So confused ...

Too late Leslee Unruh, you are already a man, with a trying-to-look-like-a-woman problem.
