@TopherYou can use a USB hub...just a thoughtI like the idea of not having to lug around a charger when on a trip to recharge my batteries, as well as having a power converter for that and my laptop.

i have that usb charger, it works great. but mine was $14 with free shipping from a company called a4tech. exact same thing, looks like both tripplite and a4tech re-badged some OEM manufacturer. came with the exact same batteries too.

Dugg for the nice simple idea, but like others here I already have charging sorted, when out I carry sparesat home I actually use my camera to chage any flat battries / or my mx900 will charge some up for me.Would like to buy, but will wait. How's about a Adapter that will fit on my AAA/AA and has a USB port at one end - I would go for that!

They already have something pretty close. See the comments going up. One is from Tiger Direct, don't remember where the other one is from.

LOL ! As if exploding notebook batteries weren't enough. Seriously, these batteries are way cool as long as you take a notebook with you everywhere you go.

Some of USB toys are useless, but this looks pretty fun.

damn, I think everything should connect through USB, it owns the s**t out of other ports. all mcie and keyboards should be USB, I wonder if a USB speaker would be possible? hmmm. that would make things a lot easier if everything used the same type of port.
