Knowing how good Stewart is with guests, in terms of bringing out their own humility on a level that allows them to laugh at themselves without feeling embarrassed and know how big of a nerd Gates is; this should be great.
Ha ha. I hope this will be as funny as when Bill couldn't get Windows Media Center to work and CES 2005. He was on stage with Conan O'brien and he was trying to show a photo slide show but never get the thing too work. Conan just kept making hilarious jokes. If you haven't see it heres the link..http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j7EEbokKLHI
I love how Gates is evil and Jobs is a saint. Gates gives quite a bit of his fortune to charities, whereas Jobs gives away jack-s**t.
So this is all about Gates' money to you? It's all about the quality of software and MY user experience for me. I wouldn't care if Gates doubled his fortune as long as MS stopped screwing with the entire industry and we were given a choice in what "features" are included in Windows.I don't want MS integrating "features" into OSes like system-wide, always-on DRM, indexing, WMP, IE, and OE, I just want an OS to run the software I choose and play whatever media I choose using any format I want. I don't want to be locked-in to some protocol or file format that isn't optimal.Don't think I don't blame Apple for such behavior as well, Apple does the same thing. But Apple is a tiny portion of the market, I don't care what Apple does as long as it doesn't interfere with what I use. When Microsoft does it, it's something that affects 90% of the PC industry!
it can all be explained away by the 'one excuse fits all' used by many a fanboy. "It was still beta, you f**king idiots, do you not know what beta means?":P
