Seriously, give me Gates' money, and I'll spend the first billion taking out advertisements defaming my character.

i think that most people always miss the point with the get a mac ads. john hodgeman does represent bill gates. doesanybody hate the hodgeman character? No. it is just that he can be a stiff in someways, like gates. i'm a mac fan butpeople out there have to admit to themselves that apple's business practices are not different worlds apart from microsofts. (see ipod + itunes)

At first I thought Gate was being a dick from the audio but, when you read the whole interview transcript you see this guy is trying to get a rise out of him.I think Gates caught on to his agenda and was justifiably pissed.Either way, I'm sure the interviewer will mysteriously wind up dead in a hotel room with a hooker. j/k sort of.

*insert talking points about how Microsoft operating systems are inferior in every way to Apple's**insert comment about how I use operating systems from both companies, to convince people I cannot be biased in any way*

Bill Gates needed to rush to catch a plane? What's wrong with this picture?I'm sure Bill isn't flying commercial air, the plane will wait for him.

I'm no Gates Fan, but now I'm less of a Bob Garfield fan. How nice of him to SmartBlur his own selected photo and then to use a horrible unposed photo of Bill. And leaving in that ending without an edit around the "Goodbye" was uncalled for also. Shame on you, Bob. I've liked your NPR stuff in the past but now I'm going to take it all with a grain of salt or two.

My first impression when I saw those Mac commercials (and still is), is when they pick an actor like Hodgman to represent PC, well it is no secret that the user Hodgman best describes are all supposed to be geeks, nerds, less attractive, lack a social life and so they go hide on their computer. But aren't geeks represented as a seasoned user that would know computers inside and out?So why did Mac choose a poster boy that looks like the only thing he’d use a computer is to check his email and maybe burn disks ( with help) and runs off to spend the weekend at a ski resort? How is he supposed to make me feel secure about his product? And the poor linux guy… oh god the poor little linux guy. Why did they even bother? That just puts bullying at a new low. Is this ad supposed to make me want a Mac or is it just to amuse Mac users that already own one? Were Mac users starting to feel a bit insecure about their product so Apple put these ads out to make them feel better?

I have published an unbiased review of a system that I have found that works, every time, if you follow the techiques therein. Most Teachers of this Law and most books fail to provide the techniques to implement the Law of Attraction. Oh, yeah, and some folks ought to think before they vomit stuff like that.http://4u2bn.com/ff70
