Probably your version of Flash player. If you use Flash or Adobe Flex for developing, the latest debug version comes with it (and is usually installed as a plugin for your browsers), sometimes causing issues with streaming video players written for Flash 8 in AS2. Get the latest plugin for a standard version of Flash player and install it on one of your browsers. IE seems to work best for me in that case.
