If you use Linux, you ALREADY have to probably look through a similar list to install almost anything. The reason being is that, when you're talking about installing software on most Linux distributions, what's involved is not running a setup file like in Windows. Instead, you launch a "package" manager which lists every officially supported piece of software sorted by category, and then you pick the one you want to get from the official servers.So, basically, you should already know what a list like this includes.
