Interesting list, but I would have to agree it could use some updating. I know for real estate, one of the new up and coming sites I really like is <a class="user" href="http://www.realeflix.com">http://www.realeflix.com</a> with everything they provide for buyers.

It's a shame they excluded <a class="user" href="http://www.nexopia.com.">http://www.nexopia.com.</a> It serves over 250,000 users a day and didn't make their list :S
