The player who takes the PK cannot be the next person to touch the ball. If he would've kicked it in on the rebound, he would have to take it again. If he took the rebound and missed it would be a goal kick for the defense. It's a little known rule that hardly ever gets put into play.
To prevent dupes make sure you use the source URL without the query string. Then digg can index the url and prevent dupes.I read your post but I did not find it funny.
Your submit's title: "How to beat the keeper"Help me, I'm being drowned in ambiguity. No, seriously, that is an awfully confusing title, especially for those who aren't soccer fans (e.g. most Americans).
@TheWestExitThat only applies in a penalty shootout situation. If it's a penalty awarded during the game (for a foul in the penalty area) the penalty-taker is free to score from any rebound, regardless of whether anyone else has touched the ball.

If the ball had hit the post and then hit no other player, as soon as he kicked it a second time the correct call would be an indirect free kick for what is commonly known as a "double touch." It makes sense if you think about it. I've been refferee'ing for 5 years.

Same. I thought the guy would get hit in the nuts with the ball, and I'd be like "hehheh", but no. This is hillarious everytime i see it.
