osxdaily.com — The next time you accidentally close a tab with an important webpage and you want it back, simply hit Command-Shift-T (for a Mac, or Shift+Ctrl+T for a PC) and the tab will magically reappear again! Now that you know it, try to live without it.

The "middle clicking on a tab bar" trick only works if you have Tab Mix Plus installed. It's a great extension, by the way.

Not everyone in Digg are people who spend hours reading Firefox tips and tricks in zillions of articles everyday. From the number of diggs alone, you could see that at least thousands of people find this trick interesting. So stop shouting "isn't this common sense". For a geek this might be a common sense, but for an average person even "Ctrl - T" might be a great tip.

I like Firefox over IE, but this is another stolen option that Opera users have had for years.Firefox is basically an open source Opera browser, but not as easy to use.

I run Ubuntu and also want to emulate the middle click behavior from other flavors of FF, but can't yet figure out how.I think it has to do with middle mouse click defaulting to paste?
