as was pointed out, i said situps....but just for giggles i just did some pushups here, i did 20 before it got a little difficult and 25 before i realized it was for no other reason the to see how dumb you were, so i stopped, but could have probably done 30....with a couple little breaks to breath maybe even a few morethe guy is a spinally man child with 0 fat and 0 muscle....anyone will have a 6 pack if they loose enough weight....thats all it is
