I can certainly see this point of view and it makes sense if the original post was over a year ago. But those people that add duplicate content hours afterwards should be taught to play right in cyberland. It takes a lot of work to create or find unique content and to have somebody use your idea and add the same is pretty frustrating. I wouldn't stay on Digg too long if thats how it works.
