That's the one. Although I found that people didn't get the bit about him no longer loving tractors. The Dull Men's Club one actually had the boy going to a tractor show, where eventually one of the tractor exhibitors angered the boy so much that he no longer wanted anything to do with tractors. I guess they wrote out the dying part ;) I changed it to have it kill his dog, which I thought is even more plausible. Another difference is the fire itself; in the DMC version it's a grill fire at a diner.I'm not sure exactly how extracting the smoke from a house fire would help; either you suck all the air out and the people die in vacuum, or you draw in clean air and the fire gets bigger.I have told this joke way too many times.
