Yes, but usually when you fight over the name you do it because your afraid it will dilute your brand. So the issue i would like to know is how many people using I-tunes even know that the copyright holding company for the Beatles is a company called Apple Corp. This is more of a Tort reform issue then a copyright reform issue.
John Lennon is spinning right now, breaks my heart - I am a PC'r so I'm no Apple Fanboy, but if Apple Corps(e) takes one dime from Apple Comp. then every beatles CD I own is going to Disc Go 'Round. Although never listening to Sgt Pepper again would suck, it would suck more to listen to it and realize that 2 of the 4 are now nothing more than money grubbing pigs.If all else fails - blame Yoko.FrostyTheDMan

My solution.. Apple should boycott the UK. See if they want iPods or the Beatles.
