Fantastic. This is just...i mean, they keep on doing stuff even when they're not a real band anymore. Fantastic.

I dunno, I think it mostly had to do with the fact that the current generation doesn't listen to music in an album format (we are more into randomly playing singles) and the generation that did listen to music that way listened to the Beatles, and apparently still buys albums.

its not that its bad, just overplayed. how many times have i heard the beatles and think their overplayed and i'm only 23? then again, i get bored of music easily.

More influential than the Beatles? Are you f**king insane? The Velvet Underground was extremely influential, especially compared with their mainstream success and acknowledgment. But even they themselves would laugh in your face at that statement.

I reckon you've never taken a music theory class?

@Borez, So, it's your fault, I see. Where do I send the bill for all the aspirin I've had to buy due to the headaches you've caused me?

Congratulations kids, you are going to think like your parents. You listen to the same music and drive the same cars. Your generation will be remembered for nothing. You didn't break new ground or contravene the establishment. Just like the children of the fifties. You put up with the crap the man dealt to you. You lived in fear and accepted it.
