arstechnica.com— A former defendant is trying to recover attorneys' fees from the RIAA after the record labels "sort of" exonerated her.

This case is giving the RIAA's victims lots of airtime. Perhaps the smartest thing for them to do would be to settle this one. Perhaps I'm over-estimating the RIAA's lawyers, though.
iphone, iphone, Ron Paul, iphone, f**k sony, iphone, ron paul, f**k the mpaa, iphone, ron paul, baking soda, ron paul, iphone, f**k the riaa, in soviet russia riaa f**ks you, iphone, dupe, f**k the mpaa, ron paul, iphone
And what...pirate everything? I have a link that I can't find now that you would enter an artist and it would tell you if they were on an RIAA label. Can't find it anymore, but yeah just buy indie, there are plenty of mainstream ones now that made their own label and produce for other bands and crap. Pirating everything does not solve anything.
No, pirating doesn't solve anything. in fact, you're liable to share some of that music with your friends, who might buy the album- which would actually HELP the RIAA. If you do pirate music, keep your RIAA stuff to yourself

good start if they are still alive, great if they die before the bus hits the bottom
