Horrible news. I don't want Ledger as the Joker. He's just so wrong. He doesn't even have the look and his acting is mediocre, especially when he tries to act like Val Kilmer.
"The Joker was created and died and now they're reviving him for no reason but to appeal to the ignorant people who don't care about the finer details of the previous Batman movies."Yeah, like the finer details in Batman&Robin and Batman Forever. Some great details in those. The TITLE "Batman Begins" is your proof that this iteration ignores the continuity of the original movie series, not just the revival of the Joker.

I was really hoping for Mark Hamill. People would have really gotten behind him in that role. Perfect time for a comeback wasted.

His role in Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back proves your statement. I agree.

Ryan Phillipe as Two-Face? Oh man, you've got to be kidding me. He's way too much of a pretty boy to be taken seriously as a bad guy.

How wrong we all were.

I dunno, quite a few commenters were willing to trust in Nolan, a trust that payed off.
