There is not enough support from populations to support any major rollback on abortion rights. Maybe two or three states in the south might pass bans, there will be plenty of states nearby that allow them. My major point which nobody seems to want to address is that abortion rights are a small issue used to wedge support from poor religious folk who would otherwise vote democratic because of more support for poor people coming from dems. Like all other social conservatism it is a tool of those in power to divide us on lines other than economic ones. If populism were to prevail they would get regulated and wouldn't be able to steal as much in the public arena.
