telegraph.co.uk — President Barack Obama yesterday delayed a trip to Asia amid falling approval ratings and grave doubts that his 11th hour attempt to push health care reform through Congress will succeed. A new poll by Gallup showed Mr Obama's approval rating at a record low of 46% since taking office. In the optimistic early days of his presidency 69%

Obama was involved in it. He was in congress in 2007, he could helped to stop it instead of campaigned for president so much.He could have not allowed Acorn to virtually force banks to loan to people we all knew couldn't afford to pay it backHe could have not put the same idiots who really did cause it deep into his administrationHe could have done lots of things, but all he has done is blame Bush and point at something shiny to change the subject. like we are idiots

You may consider the parallels obvious. Clearly you have some issues to resolve so attempt to link your "struggle" to other genuine rights movements.Homosexuality, however is not a rights movement. It is a sexual deviants movement. In Britain at one time we even had an organisation called the Paedophile Information Exchange which campaigned for the "right" to have sex with children by continuously having the age of consent lowered until it was withdrawn . They still exist but not openly, it was supported by members of our current Parliament some of whom were caught out by an American sting operation called Operation Ore. They called that a "rights" movement as well.

There is no "stupid Jack Straw tangent" there is me exposing your lies. Who the hell made you the guardian of Digg by the way?You want to make stupid comments about things you know nothing about expect a response.Jack Straw is a leading member of the governing Labour Party in Britain, you know Gordon Brown's lot, and currently is laughably Justice Secretary and no he will not lose his job for being an anti English racist. As to you not knowing that but seemingly "knowing" everything about the BNP pull the other one. http://www.wsws.org/articles/2004/nov2004/stra-n29 ...(Not exactly a BNP sympathetic website ay, )Plenty of other sources you can Google. You make sniping pathetic remarks on BNP stories about a non government party in another country because of the garbage you read about the BNP spread by the likes of Straw's party but claim to be too thick to even know who is in government in Britain? Now you see I'm not the one lying, I am the one spreading the truth. And all the other ignorant lefties can Digg me down all they like just proves they are as ignorant as you.

So you are saying that the PEOPLE do not know what is good for them? This is America. We have the right to sink or swim on our own accord. WE are not subjects of this or any politician or petty dictator. We are a nation of individual rights and the government is supposed to wear the tether. Not the other way around. Our government has for the past 110 years seen fit to tether us with ever increasing taxation and not way to slow the massive explosion of government.

I love this, lets look at the facts. Average Unemployment: 1983 9.6% Average Unemployment 1985 7.2%So in order for your facts to even be relevant, Obama needs to drop unemployment to less than 8% within the next two years. Pay no mind to the fact that unemployment numbers dropped 4 more points by the end of Reagan's second term. Obama's approval rating will drop below 40% by the end of his first full year in office. Why? Because 10% unemployment is going to be normal for the next several years. I doubt we will drop below 8% by 2012. I hope things turn around, but I know the only way this will happen is if the government returns the economy to the free market. Its going to take individuals to turn this country around, not governments.
