youtube.com — I told them I was a US citizen. I told them I was on a business trip. I told them I had no drugs or humans in the car. That wasn't enough. They wanted to search the car, and I invoked my 4th amendment rights. I DID NOT RESIST OR FIGHT BACK. YET I WAS TAZERED REPEATEDLY AND SHOVED IN BROKEN GLASS REPEATEDLY!

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fourth_Amendment_to_t ...The Supreme Court also held that individuals in automobiles have a reduced expectation of privacy, because vehicles generally do not serve as residences or repositories of personal effects. Vehicles may not be randomly stopped and searched; there must be probable cause or reasonable suspicion of criminal activity. Items in "plain view" may be seized; areas that could potentially hide weapons may also be searched. With probable cause, police officers may search any area in the vehicle. They may not, however, extend the search to the vehicle's passengers without probable cause to search those passengers or consent from the passenger(s) to search their persons or effects.

My neighbor is one of them. And there are a lot like him. Don't let a small percentage in the wrong line of work taint everyone in the field. It's not fair to the ones who are reasonable and act like responsible adults.

This guy is a dumb repugnican, so he kind of earned himself what he got.But what happened isn't right.Don't support paranoid and greedy corporate conservatism. Religion has nothing to do with who you vote for.

They've got video though, from the security cameras, the dog will be seen not barking and thus their suspicion will be proven invalid

Yes he was an ass. He chose confrontation. His alternative was to be firm about not giving permission for search but to follow the directions of law enforcement. By instead acting like an ass be essentially gave those officers their probable cause. Had he followed directions while still being firm about denying permission, the officers would not be able to justify their destruction of his car and the assault on his person. Because he refused to follow directions he lost this fight for everyone.

yes at first i was outraged.. then the next day dirt was dug up on this "pastor". this was not his first time playing the game!!! he did it in nm ... he recorded it and much like the clowns at checpointusa.org he copied their design... dont roll down the window, dont answer the questions, ask repeatedly if you are detained, ask repeatedly if you are free to go... its sad that clowns like this fool have forgotten 9/11/2001... i guess they like seeing terrorists attacks on our homeland.... it is too much trouble to first of all roll down the window? is it too much trouble to answer one question" are you a us citizen"? hell you dont even have to show papers!!! DO THEY REALLY THINK THAT THIS IS SUCH A HUGE VIOLATION OF THEIR RIGHTS? well this time the "pastor" was encountered by a group that takes the job serious... the checkpoint in NM let him pass after 27 minutes without making him exit the car!! what if he had weapons or bombs to use against our innocent citizens? the border patrol at checkpoinst where they pull these stunts start recognizing these clowns and let them pass.... do you think the real terrorists will not catch on to that? pull the same stunts and then when they know who you are you get through the checkpoint what you want to?THIS NUT GOT CRACKED!!! ALL PUN INTENDED!!!

Border Patrol agents should get a real job. The agents in this video are the worst kind of criminals. They abused their government authority to terrorize a innocent citizen with extreme violence.
