Well I should further qualify that, mono isn't any more of a patent mine field than any other piece of software available on linux (which is a pretty benign threat). Like I said above the legal implications of using mono have been analyzed over and over again and no credible threat has been found.

Hi there. The debs mine, so I thought I'd drop in and comment. It's built for Ubuntu Hardy only. Rhythmbox's playback slider thingy fills the whole width of the screen, doesn't use mono and intergrates much more nicely with GNOME isn't a difference?
