What, because all politicians get phone lists for company execs? Besides, she was trying to figure out what her constituents are actually dealing with, not if she could pull some strings. Shaming the banks on TV will hopefully do good for more people than if she were to just magically pull some strings and help the three people in the video. And I doubt she could just get those mortgages fixed as easy as you seem to think.
