I agree with you. I'm not a fan of the radical left or the radical right. I do lean on the left, but I don't like the dailykos or moveon. They are just as full of propaganda as Rush or Severon. (I think that is how you spell his name). I have reasons I lean to the left, but that doesn't mean I agree with everything they do. (Far from it). I need to educate myself on Murtha's comments/actions. But I was against the surge when it first was proposed, and I admit I was wrong. Violence is down, but we seem to be stuck now. It seems you can't have an opinion that isn't denigrating and downplaying success, or blowing smoke up people's asses. The Republican's paint a picture that is much better than what it is, and the Democrats do the opposite. It is difficult to get a proper perspective in Iraq, because everyone seems to have an agenda. Me, I'll take a little of both, and I think that we aren't getting enough help from the Iraqis.

Obama is not an anti war candidate and thats my point. He believes in just war. He is stupid. Our use of force in Afghanistan is a human tragedy and we have created too much suffering for the country. You said a key phrase "supposed mastermind". Is this proven? You seem to doubt it too. We rushed into war with Afghanistan without making any thorough investigation. Too many people died needlessly.
