gizmodo.com — CNET's blurb about Vista being one of tech's "biggest blunders" is actually from an op-ed that Microsoft should dump the OS entirely, while the PC Mag snippet is the title of a column from January that proffers ways for Microsoft to start-over.

Pathetic you say? Yet Mac sales are BOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMIIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGG! From 2003 to 2008 Mac's market share has doubled with a projected market share of 15% by 2011. Yeah read it and weep M$ fanboys. An era of Apple dominance is clearly upon us. The fact of the matter is, people are fed up with rootkit, trojan horse and spam pumping bot infected computers and want a breath of fresh air. They are finding that in the Mac. :) No need to hate. Just join the crowd. :) Unfortunately Vista is a horrid lemon that is bloated buggy and slow as hell. Even SP1 is proving to be difficult to download for many Vista users!Simply put, LIFE IS GOOD ON A MAC.

Everytime I see you respond to someone It always starts out with "Your argument has no logic", then you always use some really bad analogy that makes no f**king sense whatsoever. Do me a favor and learn to debate before you log back in.

I have found that my productivity and general enjoyment has greatly improved with my switch. I think it is unfair to label all switchers as petty trendy consumers. I thought long and hard about my decision and did alot of research into what I wanted.

@applemacman stfu. It's great that you love your computer but quit acting like if you own a windows machine it just implodes. I have owned PCs for well over 15 years and had life pretty easy. I love my mac and would never switch back but acting like an ass about it does no good for anyone. It's unfortunate that a discussion can't be held between the two parties because everyone is so burnt out on idiots like you.

One thing that I do before installing an Operating system is to make sure all components within the system is compatible. It would save a lot of headache in the future by looking up each part and say "oh this OS is not compatible" This is one of the reasons why MAC OS is only available to certain systems that they build to prevent users blindly installing an OS on any available computer. Microsoft leaves it up to the user while MAC is a control freak. I feal no pity for people who do not research.
