today.reuters.co.uk— This just popped up on Reuters. It only has the headline and says that more news is to follow. Is China invading Thailand?

This barren article with its wildly inaccurate and speculative summary hitting the front page of Digg 2 hours after it was posted (and after more news was already appearing on every other news site) proves that Digg is an AWFUL place for breaking news stories.Perhaps Kevin Rose and the gang can make up some different scheme for promoting breaking news stories, or a possibility of editing front-paged submissions so that we may change the URL to one that's more relevant.Either way, never post this kind of stuff here again, as it won't work in the way you think and will just make you look like a dolt.
I'm still fond of the Pakistani coup pulled off by now President Pervez Musharraf. He ousted the government of the time, then declared himself president with promises of elections in the near future. Pakistan is still waiting. I still like the guy though, as he is a terrific public speaker, and I think Pakistan is in better hands with a moderate like Musharraf. But then, I'm not living under his rule.
That is a cut and paste of what popped up while I was on Reuters. I respect your high standards, but with information as sparse as it was, can you blame me?

THAILAND not Taiwan you silly person. If China invaded Thailand they'd get a serious bloody nose and India would respond very quickly.

Bury it. There are too many idiots on Digg, time to start weeding out the poorly promoted articles.

Don't think Thaksin needs to step down. He isn't anywhere to step down from anymore.
