OBL would be useful to Al Qaeda alive or dead. Alive, he is able to rally jihadi without regard to their sect or national origin.Dead, he is a useful figurehead that would keep the West chasing shadows while taking the heat off of the real leaders of of Al Qaeda. The US needs to know one way or another.

You obviously have far to much common sense to be in Digg. There is a large cadre of Digg users that are not content with their own opinions. They want their own facts as well. And they want to be able to redefine any word to mean what they want it to mean.

No. When evil passes, that is good. There is no greater good served by lamenting the loss of a mass murderer and instrument of evil. You are too tolerant. Confront evil when you see it and be glad when it is gone.

What I find amusing is that last night, every network television news broadcast here was reporting the story and implying that Bin Laden was dead. "May be dead" pretty much weakens the "Possibly Inaccurate" label for digg, but some of these news channels are really rallying for the news rather than reporting it.
