Don't forget the man is a Constitutional Lawyer, While I do not under any circumstance want Obama as POTUS he and his handlers would have to be certifiable idiots to run this scam on the American People and hope to get away with it. The alternative is for this to blow up and cause a race riot or another civil war via Ayers playbook. Now, that I can believe!

This was filed on Sept. 29. It contains an order to turn over documents, including Obama's original birth certificate, to the plaintiff within three days. It's been three days. What's up?

Berg answered Obama's motion to have the case dismissed. That is all. Bert filed a motion to NOT have the case dismissed and asked again, "WHERE IS BARRY'S PROOF?"The Judge has not ruled yet. The disadvantage is this case could be tied up long after Barry may get the election. But we cannot give up the cause. One way or another if BO is truly BS the world will come to know it. I still don't believe he has a prayer in getting elected. The more we talk about this case and spread the news the more people will decide it is just too risky to let this man get anywhere near the White House.Don't give up the fight.. PLEASE!

Obama has produced his birth certificate for the public to see. It is posted on his website, they have sent copies to various media, they have shown the document in their possession to the media, and the Hawaii Department of Health has confirmed over and over that it is valid. Don't you think that the Hawaii government offices would speak up if the one he posted was false? Or do you think they are all in on it and it is some vast conspiracy?
