the only reason Iran poses any kind of restriction on American journalists for coming to the country is because Iranian journalists are not even allowed inside the United States. Other than within a small vinicity of the United Nations, Iranian journalists cannot travel in the United States or do any sort of reporting there. You see...there is a reason for everything. Learn about your own countries policies before you judge others.

The people of Iran may be reasonable, but the ruling power in Iran is still ridiculous. I can not respect a government (or is it the society's choice?) that restricts the freedoms of half its population simply because of gender.I think that is one of the single greatest achievements the USA has made as a country, to allow its women access to all the freedoms granted to men.Hopefully smartass007 is right and the statement that "time is on the side of the people and they will shrug off the clericocracy within a decade or two" will come true. Not that the USA is any better in regards to unruly ruling regimes. We've had our share of people in power that have screwed things up. But I would say we are more humane to our own people.

What an amazing video. This is what TV in the US should play before the presidential debates.

I'm sorry but it IS a sand pit filled with Muslims. It's IS full of suicide bombers itching for American blood. The only reason we haven;t just nuked the bastards is because interrupting that oil supply would screw the European economy.

To the comment on 10/12/07: Wow, way to make all Americans look as ignorant as you are. GO travel the world a bit and see that people are people no matter where they live or what religion they practice. This statement is a disgrace to your country and people and most of the Americans I know would be embarrassed to be associated with you. Think before you generalize next time because you are just as bad as the people making false statements about Americans...you don't know enough to make an educated comment.
