The banning of marijuana was always unconstitutional. They did it the same way they unconstitutionally banned machine guns. They tell you the only legal way to possess marijuana is to have a tax stamp. The only way to get the stamp is if you already have marijuana and present it to the person to issue the stamp. However, since you were in possession of marijuana without a stamp, you are committing a crime and will be arrested upon application for said stamp. Then they finally decided to say "f**k it" and simply ruled it illegal flat out with no tax stamp loopholes. Which is also unconstitutional... they just didn't give a f**k anymore, and decided to make it blatantly so.

Christians will always force the community values to conform to "Christian Values". Christian missionaries go into areas where the indigenous people are prosperous and happy, and they will then destroy the local culture. The only places that this hasn't worked are where Muslims are a large majority. Whenever anybody fights back against Christians intruding in their lives, Christians will ALWAYS bitch about being discriminated against. In many cases Christians will use law and even force to impose their "Christian Values".

When will everyone learn, The War on Drugs cannot be "won" with money! Drugs are MUCH more profitable! It can be won with legalization, too bad many of our Global Leaders are not smart enough to figure that out!BTW, This applies both inside the USA & everywhere else in the World!

That was the only PROBLEM I had with the ruling; of COURSE the state establishes morality. All Laws are BASED on morality. Murder, theft, slander, public nuisance, etc, etc.I'm wondering if it was a sloppy translation from the Spanish. What's GOOD about the ruling is that it establishes that government was overreaching in terms of attempting to control personal posession of ANYTHING by citizens. The ruling specifically denied it was a step toward legalization of marketing.

I recall a comment from old" tricky dick" president Nixon , he basically said marijuana use "makes them harder to control",, the father of anti grass and all stuff Americans might like laws ..Maybe its time for the other sane nations of the world to come to America's rescue .. Seems like we are drowning in big gov. ,, and we have 3 times the worlds % of incarcerated people .. Something like 30% over the average of 10%...Now the fed is making it harder for folks to leave the country with their assets with IRS audits and other harassment..Just a matter of time before 1st amendment rights are attacked again as posts such as this are restricted ... Wecome to socialism folks ...
