Rentro, what are you talking about... outside mainstream of technological innovation? We aren't talking about a third world country... Some of the most prized scientists in the world are from Argentina.
Not bad at all for a country in which almost half of the energy produced is free from carbon emissions: last time I checked hidroelectrical generation was around 40% and nuclear power plants provided 5 to 10%.It is not enough, however. I would like to see Atucha 2 finally built and fully operative, and why not another new state-of-the-art nuclear power plant.
Well, your point is understandable. This wind turbines, however, will likely be installed in the Patagonian desert, where the only lives that could be in danger are those of the giant spiders or thorny bushes who live there.
