The folder for the cookies were said to be in these folders. * Windows C:Documents and Settings[username]Application DataMacromediaFlash Player * Macintosh OSX /Users/[username]/Library/Preferences/Macromedia/Flash Player * GNU-Linux ~/.macromedia

thanks for postin this article. i agree with mtyoung folders are still there. i think its best to delete them manually to get rid of folders and cookies alltogether
