I noticed that too. You can't. However, the way the facts are arranged (ie: that actual table) can be copyrighted. Therefore if you re-arrange the data or change the table, you can get around it.
You copyright statistics by saying, "If you'd like to use our data you can, provided you pay or give us proper credit when publishing....otherwise, you can get off your lazy ass and put forth the time, money and effort to gather the data yourself."
