It would also help if people actually used the sidewalks. I know walking in the streets, especially if you fancy yourself a "gangsta" or a "thugg" makes you feel good about being a moron, but really, enough is enough.I mean, it used to just be people in baggy pants, but now I see joggers and dog-walkers out in the middle of the roads. And THEY get offended because I have the audacity to drive my car where they're walking.
