The average person wouldn't buy facebook apps - companies or individuals with something to sell/promote will.Its a smart idea and could well take off for developers who have made an app and would like to cash in.

I don't see how there can be a (after)market this soon. At this point, if someone is selling an app, they are "flipping" it to make money. Maybe in time, but now? Not really.
