I can't believe that there's people who think that Apple is more (or less) "evil" than any other company out there. Sure, they're looking out for their bottom dollar, that's what EVERY company does. Google, Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo all do the same thing, despite fanboyness for these companies.I think it's just that news like this stirs all the Apple haters, trying to justify that since Apple "only" has a 3% - 5% market share they might as well just disappear.
I know this is offtopic, but there's a side-discussion here going on about how Apple frequently releases new models of the Ipod. Some are contending that this makes the previous versions 'obsolete.' That is definitely not the case. My 1st gen 10g Ipod still does everything it did the day I bought it, and more. Sure, if I were going to buy a new one today, it'd have more bells and whistles, storage, and be a bit smaller, but there's no real compelling reason to buy a new one and the one I have STILL WORKS. I fail to see how it's 'obsolete.'
"Marty your silly, the Actor Ronal Regan as President."-Back to the Future PT1Every ride will have a iPOS docking station to download the entire ride OST for $$$.Oh great, and they will be changing the rides yet again!... I hated when I found out thatCaptain Nemo's Submarine ride was turned into a Little Mermaid Picture Taking Area!I think it is a pissing match between Uncle Bill and Cousin Jobbs... see who can buy themost things.

Not to pooh pooh on Apple, but remind me how much Bill Gates is worth again.

As much as I love Disney and Apple, a merger would not end well.Walt's rolling in his cryogenic chamber, I mean... grave.
