I agree with Warptera, who the hell would have the volume up so high that it can cause hearing loss i mean it friggin common sense in not having the volume up so high
From what I heard, there is a warning in the menu about the volume; but of course that is not good enough for that stupid guy and lawer. If we allow that to happen, we could have sue every car manufactures too. Hey, they let the car go 100 miles; but they did not say it is dangerous.

i crashed my car while watching my video ipod. i'm going to sue apple--they didn't warn me it was stoopid to do that
