I'm no fan of AT&T, but to say this is their fault is incorrect.It's the software on the phone that is the problem, it should just switch to Edge once the reception on 3G gets too low. Having to turn off 3G to get to Edge is retarded, it should depreciate on it's own.I know that Win Mo does it, but I'm not sure about the other mobile OSes out there.

Sprint was my first provider...they are pretty bad. The consistent billing "errors" bordered on fraud with all the extra charges and unrequested services they'd try to sneak on my bill.
