Nothing apple has released over the years has been their own invention. Either it was developed before or seen somewhere else. I'm glad to see that Apple is being sued :) Yey :)
Let's call it by a more desciptive and appropriate name, Imaginary Property. "Will you buy some of my imaginary property sir?""Ha ha, full moon is it.""How about some intellectual property then?""Sure, that sounds good."Kerching. "Full moon it is, he he."I've been programming for over 20 years, I don't give a s**t about patents or copyright. I write programs because I enjoy the challenge of solving the associated problems, not because I'm a greedy prick.I don't ask people to buy my programs or donate money to me, why should they, they didn't ask me to write them a program. I have used my time to do something that I wanted to do.You could stick that intellectual property right up your f**king arse if it actually existed, or maybe not since your head is in the way.
this is stupid everybody is sueing each other becuase 1 they have no money left becuase of the world economic crysis and 2 its the only way to make money now these days. the pirate bay wich is over 60% of the torrent world is being sued by a number of high priority companys such as sony and warner brothers studios for piracy. Now mac is being sued and if this case wins in favour of the prosicution who will want to buy a 16 gig iphone for $2700AUDget real people so much more s**t is going to happen mark my word. Next we will have microsoft sueing some freeware OS for having something thats almost the same to the new windows 7 thats coming out.
