I was having the same issues. That was until my boyfriend got a Blackberry Pearl. It may not be much for a music player, but definitely the best phone I've ever handled. It does not suffer from lame software, hard to use controls, or a poor radio as other cell phones do these days. And there is a deal on Amazon to get it for -$50. So I will enjoy this phone and let the first generation iPhones pass by. The second or third generations will be more compelling and cheaper and maybe then I will switch.

A $50 OFF Coupon for the iPhone would be a better email from Apple.
