Am I the only person out there who doesn't want media keys, LCD screens, thumbprint scanners or anything else on my keyboard? A decent layout without a number pad and a small desktop footprint, that's all I want in a keyboard. I've been looking for a decent wireless replacement for my little Logitech Netplay for a while and Apple nailed it.
I don't understand why so many people are complaining that it's an ergo-hostile keyboard. It's not. a "tactile feedback" at the bottom of a keystroke sends vibrations through your fingers and up your arm that are bad for you. A flat keyboard is better than a tilted one. and a shorter keystroke is better in general as well. These are all ergonomically good things.i was at an apple store today and the keyboard is beautiful, and feels good to use. And i can type much faster on it than the older apple keyboard because the keystrokes are so short.

And in a few weeks, we'll get to hear all about how Bill Gates stole the idea.

Bulls**t, I do 90 wpm and I like a heavy, clicky key action. Some of us actually learned to type on typewriters, and well.
