People, latency is not bandwidth. If you have DSL or cable it's most likely your latency is pretty good and you don't require this patch. This is for stuff like wireless broadband (not WiFi) and satellite broadband connections that offer high bandwidth (good) and high latency (bad).
Tips for a fresher, less cluttered Digg (thanks for the inspiration, jhunt):1. Bookmark MacNN, Macworld, Macslash, etc., or subscribe to their respective feeds.2. Broadband Optimizer (<a class="user" href="http://www.enigmarelle.com/broadbandoptimizer.py)">http://www.enigmarelle.com/broadbandoptimizer.py)</a> does the same thing, but it makes the windows smaller than Apple's tuner. By default the send and receive sizes are way small.Get a free Mac here:<a class="user" href="http://www.FreeMiniMacs.com/?r=13921027">http://www.FreeMiniMacs.com/?r=13921027</a>
