Lame, lame, lame. I think Creative is working to be the SCO of the music player market. If you have no market share, then why not get the free publicity?

as already pointed out there are a million names out there and apple chooses the same name as zen....then again, this lawsuit over everything tech related is getting really old, really fast.

I agree. They should maybe implement a user interface their departments patent if it is good. Rather than use a crap UI and sue the inevitable marketing of a similar interface. (and yes i know that there are various means of patent appeals.)
