You're burying this article because of another article that you didn't like? Wow, that's really super f**king stupid.

while I agree that their satisfaction might come form the product, i have used the customer support many times and they are very timely. I have called many times and I get an american speaking person. I have to call up microsoft every time I want to reinstall windows or I have to reinstall because I replaced ram or some hardware. I always get a foreigner that i can't understand. Then i have to read 100 numbers in blocks of 6. If I get a number wrong I have to start all over. That is not satisfaction.

Eh.... You're a moron. Blogs are full of opinion. If you don't like the opinions on AppleInsider then, don't read it. Burying the article and then making a comment about burying the article is pointless and useless. Why not just move on to a Micro$oft fanboy website where you can read beautiful Bill Gates loving articles about the magic of Windows 7 and all of its unoriginal, Mac envy features?

Are you freaking kidding me? I had to fight with Dell customer service for 2months to get the faulty RAM replaced on my dell laptop. The DELL diagnostic software was telling all was right and dell guys refused to listen to my complaints. Only after showing them the sis sandra results and elevating the issue to manager they agreed to replace the faulty memory. That was 3 years ago. I never bought a DELL again. And moved to apple. And the apple service rep sent a replacement a faulty power adapter with no questions asked. I just had to send them the original one.
