No other company has this drastic of a price drop this early. Its damage control, not customer care. Good customer care would've announced the rebate at the same time of the drop.

I'm trying to use my Store Credit on line. When I select my purchase and log onto the site, the next step is credit selection; there is no place to enter the Apple Credit number or PIN. There are buttons for various credit cards, but no place to enter the my Apple Store Credit info. is there a problem?
