km.lqz.ca — In July USA Today reported eMusic has 11% of legal music downloads. Jobs announced today that the iTunes Store has 88% of legal music downloads. Put those two numbers together and it doesn't leave a lot of room for anyone else.

Message to the RIAA: consumers don't want DRM, and the fact that eMusic is owning your sorry asses when it comes to online distribution (you think the RIAA gets much say in the iTMS? If they did, music would have tiered pricing).
