NBC offers its content for free on it's own site. Now they get to keep all the revenue. It's called leverage. NBC doesn't need Apple.

Wow, I hope the NBC people see this stuff. IT doesn't matter, you cut Apple out, you cut most of your sales out. For example, I don't have time to watch Heroes on TV anymore, I already TiVo some other stuff plus I wanted it on my iPod, so I was planning to buy the season pass when it came out. NOW what do I do? Well, I won't be watching on the internet or TV now.Guess I won't be watching Heroes this season.

Yep...I happily got season passes for The Office and Battlestar Galactica last season - if they don't want my extra money for cable I'm already paying for, well, too bad for them...

Not if their hulu site works as well as NBC. Spend 20 minutes on it to get to the f**king show only to see "This show is not available from your area"f**k NBC.
