While XBMC does rock, it isn't friendly for (legally) downloadable content, the services that Apple are providing here. It also doesn't sync with an iPod nearly as well. It is all too big a hassle to set up for most users. Get a Linux plug in here, sure, but don't be an unreasonable jerk about it.

If your iTunes library is >160GB, why not just create a playlist of the most recent 160GB (or some other playlist), and just sync that back to the Apple TV? Then, just stream anything in excess of the 160GB.

Overall it's a great update, but I do wish the wait for loading a second or third library happened every time you go from music to movies or vice versa. If you have a large library it's not possible to get all your content on the puny hard drive in the Apple TV, so I rely heavily on a couple other iTunes libraries.
