Another example of the perversion of the patent system. Software may be protected by copyright, patents should be limited like they were before the late '90s. (Yes I know copyright has also been perverted, thanks Disney)

Another example of a company that stays alive by making lawsuits. I hope they lose.It's not Apple's fault that EZ4Media's products are not selling. This is what companies that are dying typically do.
